Detox day 3

Här kommer inlägget om detoxmaten idag. Vi har inte riktigt följt Laura Magasins Detox-diet idag, men vi såg till att äta "rätt" endå.
Standard frukost som bestod av färska frukter och lite mandlar.
Blev hembjuden av Ingmarie på lunch som gjorde en riktigt got fetaost sallad med kalamataoliver och persikor.
Det var så gott att jag tog två omgångar av maten!
Middagen bestod av kyckling (kokte en hel kyckling i vatten och tog bort skinnet när vi skulle äta den) och...
...wokade bönor med vitlök (med ytterst lite olja) samt...
...kokta kinakål. Vi använde inget salt i någon av rätterna, utan åt allting "naturellt".
