Delicious breakfast!
I love eating breakfast, especially during the weekends when there is time to make a proper breakfast. Here is one of my favorite, American Pancakes!
All you need is:
1 cup of flour
1 cup of milk
1 egg
2 tbs baking powder
pinch of salt
some butter for the frying pan
I don't really know if there is any difference in wich order you should mix the things, but this what works for me. Start with beeting the egg and milk, and then add the flour little at the time, and in the end adding the baking powder and salt. Heat up a frying pan and butter it before frying the pancakes. I usually get 6-7 small pancakes from this recipe. But i guess it depends on how big ones you're making. I like the smaller once. And after the detox, I now add a whole buch of fruits and berries on my pancakes and it's delicious. Here I added som:
