I did it!
Jag har spanat och spanat och har äntligen bestämt mig att göra det! Jag klickade hem denna härliga Travel Kit Naughty in Black på Sigma Beauty för $49. Inte det billigaste brush-kitet men jag jag har hört talas om deras borsta i över 2 år och nu behöver jag verkligen en bra portable travel-size brush kit som inte förstörs eller blir missformade i min sminkväska. So I finally didi it! Dessutom så är det min födelsedag snart, så det får bli min lilla present till mig själv =D Sedan hittade jag en rabattkod på 10% "TIFFANY2011" vilket motiverade köpet ytterligare :P. Tyckte dock att frakten var lite väl högt på $12. Får hoppas att den kommer fram snart så att jag kan börja leka med dem =D

Pressing make up!
This is a update for my friend Kim. Talked to her last night and want so show her some pictures of my make-up pressing.
As most of you probably already know, I'm pretty clumbsy! I love make-up but I rearly buy any high end products because of their price. But once in a while I do buy some expensive products. And the ONLY two expensive once I've bought are:
- Nars blush, Orgasm
- Smashbox bronzer, Fusion soft lights Dusk
And both of them are broken!!!
I was of course heart broken, but I never throw them away. I kept using it for two years, but it always turn out to a huge mess with power everywhere. I recently stumbled in to youtube where people have tutorials about how to press your own make up or fix your broken eye shadows. So I gave it a shot and it turned out to be awesome!!!
I'm going to share with you how you can press/fix your own make up!
This is what you need!
- Paper towels (keep it under everything to protect the table)
- 70% Alcohol (or desinfections liquid)
- A tea spoon and a bobby pin (some thing to blend with)
- Make up (the thing you want to press)
- Pan (something to put the make up in)
- A jar (something to mix in)
- Fabric (in my case; an old T-shirt)
- something to press with (in my case Oasis+, Dust it).
This is the make up I want to press.
I mix it with a little of 70% alcohol.
And put it in the pan. Now I have to wait for at least 1h before pressing it.
I cut out a little peace of an old T-shirt and put it on the make up and then used something round that fits the pan to press with (in my case Oasis+, Dust it)
This is the result!

Modern-time problems!
This is so unlike me, I'm a very practical person usually. Mostley, I just buy the things I need and try to stick with them until they're finished, broken or lost. And I already have more make-up brushes then I need. But that was until I passed by the department store today at the MAC counter and spoted the MAC Graphic Garden Collection which include two travel size brush sets! Each set has five short handle brushes that can compare with the full size brushes and it includes a small make-up bag and a cute little brush bag! They're like calling for me to buy both of them. But as usual, I asked myself: -Do I need them? The answer is of course: NO! But do I want them?! -HELL YEAH!!!
Of course I can buy them, but one of my problems is that the brushes in the kits are not "real" MAC brushes. They are manufactured with maskin and not hand made like the original MAC brushes. I did take a look at them, and some of the brushes doesn't feel "real" at all. As a matter of fact, one of them, the large shadow brush 252SE (SE stands for special edition), looks really cheap! So I'm not too happy about that, but the other brushes seems fine. Not that they can compare with the full sized brushes, but I don't really think that I'm going to feel any difference scens I'm not any professional make up artist at all. I'm just a brush junkie!

Detox
Me and my friend Kim are going to try a 10 days DETOX diet. As we discussed it on the internet, we relized that we were not the healthiest people. It would be interesting to see how it goes! This is the diet we are trying to follow. She is arriving on friday night, so i guess that we will start on saturday! I'll try to update as much as I can.
Testing Dainty Design masks...
Jag hade finbesök i helgen och vi passade på att prova våra nya masker från Dainty Design.
Vi började med att välja ut vilka vi vill prova.
Sedan så la vi på masken.
Så här roliga ser vi ut när vi har lagt på masken.
Efter 15-20 minuter så såg vi så här lyckliga ut:
Hahaha, det var ju kul att använda masken, framför allt när man har sällskap så att man inte är ensam om att ser ut som Phantomen på Operan! Effekten då? Jo, min rosenmask var riktigt härligt (men jag föredrar Lavender masken). Huden känner sig riktigt återfuktat och Kim sa att jag även fick en fin lyster! Kims ansikte såg också riktigt härligt återfuktat ut. Vi kom fram till att det är bra med mycket fukt eftersom den gör huden mjuk och elastiskt samt förebygger mot rynkor. Så det blir nog fler masker i framtiden.
Dainty Design

Det är bomullsmasker i engångsförpackningar som du använder efter du har rengjort ansiktet.
